9月29日 Interview 質問例掲示板に過去にも何度か出たことがある質問。「インタビューではどんな質問されますか？」に対し、以下の内容が役に立つのではないか・・と雑誌から抜粋してきました。
＊せっかく掲示板にレスもらってもあの掲示板はどんどん下に流れていってしまうのが欠点。ここだと保存できるかな・・と思いまして。。
1) What interests you most about this job?
2) What do you like least about your present job?
3) What kind of people do you feel most comfortable working with?
4) What are you strengths and limitations?
5) Why did you become a nurse?
6) What do you want to be doing five years from now?
7) Tell me about your nursing experience.
8) What do you like least about nursing?
9) Tell me about yourself.
10) What can you contribute to this job?
確かに私がPer-DiemのJob Interviewのとき、こんなこと聞かれました。
上記は経験者が転職する際にありがちな質問でNew Grad向けは少し違うかもしれませんが、参考にはなると思います。
上記のような質問に対しての答えを自分なりに英語でまとめておくと役に立つのではないでしょうか。。。
あと、必ずといっていいほど、インタビューする側からも「何か質問ありますか？」と聞かれると思います。
その際のこちら側からの質問例は以下。
1) What is the size of the unit?
2) What is the ratio of patients to nurses?
3) What does orientation include and how long does it last?
4) Will I receive full salary during orientation?
5) Do you pay extra for speciality certification and further education?
6) What inservice programs are available?
7) How often are nurses expected to float?
8) How often is overtime necessary?
9) How many weekends a month do most nurses work?
10) What are the shift differentials?
11) What kind of insurance and retirement benefits do you provide?
